I've been thinking about all the ways in which things could go wrong and what we could do that might help -- Mrs Longbottom, could you send us some polyjuice? Last night was show dueling; tonight could be dueling for real. If we have to, we could use polyjuice to swap in someone who really knows what they're doing against whoever's meant to be a victim for laughs.

Or if people need to escape in disguise, or -- whatever.

I don't know. Maybe Ron and Justin get Marked? Or maybe he has Ron and Justin duel to the death and then Marks the survivor? Or maybe he feeds all the first year Gryffindors to the Giant Squid just because it'll be jolly fun?

I'm hoping he just stays in a good mood and nothing terrible happens.
