I had to practise. Because they're making me punish Her my mudblood. So Raz set it up with Professor Grubbly-Plank so I could work on it with a niffler she had because if I didn't I probably wouldn't be able to do it properly and I'd get in trouble and she'd get punished even more

Because after the first task she called me Harry.

And then there was a lot of talk about how I wasn't keeping her in hand properly, and she wasn't respectful because I wasn't treating her like I ought, and so they decided that the best way to take care of it would be if I punished her myself.

For calling me Harry.

By cruciating her.

They gave me til March to do it, because they didn't want it to interfere with the Second Task preparation. But now I'm done with that.

And that didn't go well.

So it's not like I can get out of it or anything.

But sometimes I think no one should have that kind of power. No one does anything good with it. That's why I want to learn occlumency.

All Mummy said was that Tevis is alive and being cared for. I suppose that ought to be enough, but I don't really know if her idea of "cared for" is the same as mine. I'm not sure that he's anywhere around here, but it seems strange to imagine Mummy bothering herself with him for long...

Yes, that's exactly it about occlumency. It's protection.

Uncle Raz is trying to teach me, as best he can. It's not exact since he's not a legilimens, but he says there's still techniques I can practise.
