alt_harryOkay. A few things to report.
First off, I went to Mr Barkwith to give him my list of supplies for the long distance flying club, and show him our planned route, and he said I couldn't leave Buckingham. For security reasons. He didn't know how long it'd be for. And I asked if I could have people over, and he said Hydra would be fine, but no-one else from school.
No-one had a problem with going out the other day, so I guess this is something they just decided.
I'll let you know if I find out more.
And. Mr and Mrs Malfoy came by to visit. They wanted me to publicly call for Draco's release. And they talked a lot about our friendship, and how much I meant to Draco, and how important my support was, and why writing an open message was better than a PM.
I think they think I knew about Draco and Hermione. They didn't say it right out, but they'd say, 'Oh, you two were so close, I think sometimes you knew him better than we did, and we had no idea,' and stuff like that.
They didn't talk about the deal Mr Malfoy made, but they did say that they wanted Draco home and safe as soon as possible. And they really meant it. Even though sometimes it looked like they didn't think it'd work out.
I said I wanted him back too, of course, and that I would do what I could, but they could tell I was being careful about it, and Mrs Malfoy got really desperate looking, and Mr Malfoy told me it was important, and then they left.

Date: 2014-06-19 09:37 pm (UTC)I say, I suppose that's to be expected, keeping you at home. If the dangerous criminal Severus Snape kidnapped Draco right out of Hogwarts, who knows if he might get to you outside of school, what? And without Professor Lestrange to protect you, in the bargain.
But as for the Malfoys' request...are you going to do it? It'll have to be convincing, if you do.

Professor Dolohov is coming over tomorrow so we can talk about what he thinks I should do. Maybe he can say more about how the investigation is going too.
