So.
I met with Professor Dolohov and Siz.
Professor Dolohov said that it looked pretty bad for Draco, but that they weren't giving up, and that if Draco contacted me, I was to tell him and Mr Malfoy right away. He also said I should tell them if anyone was pushing for more details about the investigation.
And he did say that Mr Malfoy had agreed to 'stand as Draco's guarantee' if he can't or won't turn himself in, but not what that meant.
He's also okay with taking over supervising the duelling group. And he said that he wouldn't try to replace Raz, but that if I needed to talk or needed anything, he'd try to help. And he knew who was a part of it already, or at least he wasn't surprised about it, and he was sort of careful about everything, but I don't think he disapproved of anybody.
Siz wanted to meet because there were some things Raz wanted to keep secret, and she just got around to reading the letter he'd left her, and had to meet with the solicitor too.
He left me his library.
There are a few books out of it that Siz wanted to keep, and it'll take a while to sort through it all. But it'll probably be useful to have around.
And he left me an inheritance. A pretty big one. She said it was so I wouldn't have to ask for money from anyone.
The last thing was
Okay. They had a code, in case something happened to me, and I guess he warned her that there was trouble, only it was with Draco, not me. And the code meant that she needed to get to the tower and wait to see what to do next. And after he died, she went back up there and found a hidden cabinet that had two long-range brooms, two survival packs, and two wands. I think they're unregistered but I'm not sure. She said I was the only person besides her who knew about it.
Siz gave me one of the brooms and one of the wands. I figure you lot could use them. So I'm giving those to the Order. Mrs L, I'll pass them along to Pans or Sally-Anne or Ron or Justin, whoever I see first. I don't want to keep them at Buckingham, so if one of you could invite me over or out or something, that'd be good. Or I could invite you over. Whatever.
