Professor Slughorn just told me that the champions have to take someone and they have a first dance, so I have to. I mean, I figured I would, but now I know I do for sure.

She said yes! I asked her when we were walking back from the village. The Three Broomsticks was just too crowded with people, we were already almost shouting just to hear each other. So on the walk back we stopped to look at a view of the lake and that's when I asked. She said yes and she even. I'm not sure but I think we might be going as more than friends?

Anyroad... Cho Chang is quite fit. Decent seeker, too. Nowhere near your level, but who is? I mean, you don't really know her at all, but I've heard lots of people talking about inviting someone they don't know very well yet.

And yeah, I mean, that's when I started noticing her. Because she's a snitch flyer, and I think she'd look good in dance robes, and I don't know. She has nice hair.

Maybe you should compliment Chang's flying before you ask. Talk about how we all miss quidditch this year, or something. If you're looking for a conversation starter, I mean.

I think it'll be hard to get her on her own. Because she's got loads of girl friends. Friends who are girls. I think they go together in packs.

Hmm, maybe you can catch her in the library alone. She's a Ravenclaw, after all. They like to study in groups, though...but maybe you could catch her as they're all getting ready to leave? Or, ha, you could settle in near the girls loo by the Great Hall and wait to catch her coming out of it. I'm fairly certain that might be Gamp's plan for asking Dealcour. Not a bit creepy, that!

Eh, I can never keep straight who's in the Ravenclaw Corner group at any given time. But if there's anyone who'd be in the library on a Saturday night, it'd be a 'claw. Worth a look, anyway.
